Bubb + Pooley Syrah 2022 is a cool-climate Tasmanian red crafted from Syrah grown in the Tamar Valley and Coal River Valley, co-fermented with Viognier. Hand harvested and destemmed, it opens with a bouquet of dark fruit, violets, black pepper, and exotic spices, lifted by hints of floral and citrus from the Viognier. The palate is rich and full-bodied, showcasing layers of blackberry, plum, vanilla, and a silky texture. Maturation in French oak imparts subtle spice, structure, and length.
