Kaesler Alte Reben Shiraz 2015 hails from Barossa Valley’s celebrated old vines, planted as early as 1899. Deep garnet in color, it opens with bold aromas of blackberry, plum, kirsch, and cassis, layered with subtle framboise and pencil shavings. The palate is rich, intense, and opulent, bursting with concentrated blackberries, mulberries, and red plums alongside espresso, dark chocolate, earthy spice, crushed flowers, and thyme blossoms. Mild acidity and fine tannins provide freshness and structure, supporting a long, soulful finish. The 2015 vintage is perfectly balanced, elegant, and expressive, showing sophistication and cellaring promise.
