La Pleiade Shiraz, a partnership between Jasper Hill and M. Chapoutier, is a premium Heathcote wine made from biodynamically farmed, single-vineyard Shiraz grown on ancient Cambrian soils. It displays a deep magenta color and offers complex aromas of red berries, spice, and subtle minerality. The palate is elegant yet powerful, combining rich black fruit, chocolate, tobacco, plum, and spice, with precise structure and finesse. Matured 12 months in new French oak, it reflects Heathcote’s terroir through minerality and balance, with outstanding cellaring potential and a lingering, sophisticated finish.
